Order processing

DragonZone orders are processed Monday to Friday, normally within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders ship from Brisbane through the Australia Post network.

Australian shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your products and your delivery destination.

Free Standard shipping on orders of $149 or more

Orders totalling $149 or more qualify for free Standard shipping on regular products within Australia. Bulky products are excluded and attract a separate shipping charge.

For orders containing both regular and bulky products, the full order value counts towards the $149 threshold. Once your order qualifies, Standard shipping is free for the regular products, while shipping charges still apply to the bulky products.

Bulky products

Shipping charges for bulky products are based on their combined weight and your destination state or territory. The final charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available for eligible orders within our 5kg Express shipping limit. Express shipping is charged separately and is excluded from the free Standard shipping offer.

International shipping

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout based on your destination country and the products ordered.

Tracking your order

Your order completion email will include your tracking details. Australia Post will also send tracking updates by email or SMS using the contact details provided with your order.

Tracking information may not appear until Australia Post has collected and scanned your parcel.
